| ALL extension clients MUST have a consultation prior to service(free of charge) Additional charge of a Wash and Style will be applied if client arrives with hair not prepped for service. Removal costs include: Removal of extensions & scalp/conditioning treatment. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If extensions do not hold up properly they will be fixed free of charge. This DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear, out growth, or improper care & maintenance. Life of extensions can not be guaranteed if using products and maintenance methods other than those recommended by your stylist. Due to the overwhelming response for this service, we require a 48 hour advance notice of cancellation. Strand by Strand extensions require a $150.00 down payment. PLEASE NOTE : CASH IS THE ONLY PAYMENT ACCEPTED FOR ANY EXTENSION SERVICE. Thank you in advance. |
